Even tho' I'm on the NLL staff, I don't get have a hand in all that goes into it. Everyone should know what an AMAZING job Karen did this month: her article about Bob Martel, finding photos of the exact products called for in 'my' recipe, and all the form-fitting she did to keep the lengthy columns readable. Kudos, Karen!

Just to give a heads up to those who didn't make it to the Reunion, next year 2012 we are going to be planning a get together to celebrate all of our 60th Birthdays. It will be sometime in the summer and hoping to make it a 2 day weekend event like some of us had for the Reunion.

I really enjoy the Music Monday section, brings back memories. Sorry I could not attend last years reunion, my son picked that same weekend to get married. But I also missed a ships reunion that was also scheduled for that same weekend. Well that's the way it goes. Maybe in 2015.

I loved the Vegie Relish recipe, but even more, I loved the way Dianne used her amazing creative writing to make it a recipe to remember. Great job, Dianne!

Thanx guys for putting the picture of the Memorial Board that I made, it is the only one I know that was taken. It is very dear to my heart. And I wanted to thank everyone who attended our Reunion, it would not have been such a success without everyone who came.

Thank you to the "New Lamp Lighter" staff from a member of the Old "Lamplighter" which we used to publish at school for class credit. As I remember, "Lamplighter" was one word when I was on staff, then again, as the new edition you're entitled to spell it the way you want. Anyway, please keep up the good work. Your passion to communicate is the same passion that motivated us to publish the school newspaper. I would also like to give a humble bow to everyone who helped organize each and every reunion. I made it to the 20th. Unfortunately, I was unable to make it to the 40th due to too many personal commitments and I'm very sorry I wasn't there. I was really looking forward to it. In any case, isn't it amazing that we can conveniently get on line whenever we want to find out how we're doing? Reminds me of Kenny Rogers: "Just checked in to see what conditon my conditon is in." Of course, Kenny wasn't using the internet to check on his condition. For that matter, the word or concept "internet" didn't even exist back then. Does this mean we're "Back to the Future?" Well, that's enough nostalgia for now. Magnolia Forever!

Hello Sentinels Just wanted to thank the alumni for such a great response to make this the best Reunion so far. I am looking forward to seeing everyone in the next two days. Not to worry those alumni that can not be there everything will be caught on video, I promise.

I appreciate what you have all done to put this together. I have been away a long time. I am looking forward to a flood of memories when meeting up with faces from the past. Tim Krause
